Description

Newland Corner is a detached house located on Hound Street, dating from the early to mid 19th century. It is two stories high and features three windows. The house is constructed with roughcast and has a low-pitched hipped slate roof with wide eaves and pendants at the fascia. The ground floor has sash windows, which still retain their blind-boxes. A projecting painted stone porch is present, supported by square piers and flanked by side glazing. The quoin pilasters are currently obscured by recent roughcast.
