Description
41 Newland is a two-storey building with a coursed rubble front and a stone slate roof. It features two windows and sash windows with flush frames. There is one splayed bay on the ground floor, which is likely a remnant of a Georgian shop, and a half-glazed door. This property is part of a group that includes No 31 Newland, the east range of Sherborne House, the front and rear garden walls of Sherborne House, The Manor House, three cottages next to The Manor House, two adjoining cottages, Nos 57 to 93 (odd), and the north-east boundary wall to Newland Close.
