Description

No. 32 Hogshill Street is an attached former shop dating from the early 19th century. The building features lias stone walls and a stone plinth, topped by a hipped slate roof. There is a brick stack located at both the left side and the rear of the structure. The building is two storeys high and has two windows. The shop front includes a window with glazing-bars and a continuous round moulded wooden cornice above it. The central door is made of wood and has a large glass panel. On the upper floor, there are two sash windows with glazing-bars, which are adorned with gauged stone voussoirs. The premises also include a long rear wing.
