Description

No. 27 Eastleigh is a house in a row, dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It features a rendered exterior and a slate mansard roof. The building has two storeys and an attic, with two windows. There is a flat-roofed dormer with slate cheeks and paired four-pane sash windows above a bow oriel window that has an eight-over-twelve-over-eight pane sash and a twelve-pane sash in a flush box. On the ground floor, there is a 19th-century display window with transom lights, positioned to one side of the oriel window, and a 20th-century door set in a plain opening. No chimney stack is visible. The interior has not been inspected.
