Description

No. 35 Horsford Street is a house in a row, built in the early 19th century. It features a cement-rendered exterior and an asbestos-cement mansard roof. The building has two storeys and an attic, with one window. A large 20th-century dormer sits above a 4:12:4-pane sash bowed oriel window, which is positioned over a 4-pane sash window. To the left, there is a six-panel part-glazed door framed by pilasters and topped with a small hood supported by consoles. The right side has a plain return with a stack. The interior has not been inspected.
