Description
No. 6 East Street is a house in a row, dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. The exterior is rendered, with some slate hanging on the gable, and features a slate double mansard roof. The building has two storeys and an attic, with all windows being sashes. There are two 12-pane dormers that are linked by an asbestos-cement slate-hung section under a common roof. Below these, there are two 12-pane windows at the first floor and a single 16-pane window at the ground floor. To the right, there is a deep plain reveal containing a 6-panel flush part-glazed door. No chimney stack is visible. The interior has not been inspected.
