Description
The barn located 25 metres north of Parnham Park Farmhouse is a detached structure dating from the 18th century. It features rubble-stone walls and a Roman-tile roof with gable ends. The barn has a central two-leaf plank door that is approximately three feet off the ground, with a wooden frame and lintel above it. To the right, there is a loft door made of plank with long hinges and a wooden lintel. On the left side, there is an attached store that is weatherboarded and has a hipped slate roof, with a central plank door. Access to the store is provided by eight stone steps, which lead up to it and are supported by a segmental brick arch underneath.
