Description

Nos 7 and 9 Hogshill Street, dating from around 1800, are two-storey premises currently used by Dorset Carpet Services. The building features rubble stone walls and a slate roof with stone gable-coping on the left side. There is a brick chimney stack on the left gable. The facade has three windows, including a shop window with two canted bays and glazing bars on the right. The remaining windows are sashes with glazing bars and three-light wooden casements. The door to No 7 is made of wood with one glass panel, framed by panelled reveals and a wooden surround. The door to No 9 is also wooden, featuring two glass lights, centrally positioned between the canted bays.
