Description
Nos 61 and 62 Broad Street comprise two adjacent properties. No 61 appears to date from the late 18th to 19th century, while No 62 is likely a later building, though matching the appearance of No 61.
No 61 is a two-storey building with two window bays. It features a banded parapet with capping and is faced with colourwashed rendered. The first floor has sash windows with glazing bars and iron guards. A shop front occupies the ground floor.
No 62 is a three-storey building with 2 window bays and colourwashed rendered. Sash windows with lugs are present, lacking glazing bars. A shop front is on the ground floor, and a passageway runs through the centre of the building.
