Description
No. 65 on Broad Street is a mid-19th century building that stands three storeys tall and features two window bays. The front is finished in stucco and topped with a parapet. On the first and second floors, there are sash windows without glazing bars on the left side, while the right side has a three-light splayed bay with glazing bars in each light. The ground floor includes a round-headed doorway with chamfered jambs at either end and semi-circular fanlights, with the left fanlight having a wrought iron grille in front of it. There is a glazed door on the left and a plain wood door on the right, along with a plate glass restaurant window. This building is part of a group that includes Nos. 45 to 65 on Broad Street.
