Description
64 Broad Street is a 19th-century building featuring two storeys and two window bays. It has a capped parapet. On the first floor, there is a sash window with glazing bars on the left side, and a splayed bay on the right side that contains a sash window in each light. To the left, there is a two-panelled house door with four centre-headed panels and a two-light rectangular fanlight above it. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 45 to 65, which are consecutive.
