Description
No. 7 Broad Street is a building with a front dating from the late 18th century to the 19th century. It has two storeys and three window bays. The roof is slate with a hip on the left side. The front is roughcast, featuring sash windows with glazing bars on the first floor. The doorway has a fluted archivolt, a frieze, a cornice, and a flat hood above, with a modern half-glazed door. There are shop fronts with curving windows on either side of the doorway. This building is part of a group that includes the Bell Cliff Retaining Wall and Railings, as well as Nos. 4 to 10 (consecutive) and 10A Broad Street.
