Description

BROAD STREET 1. 1357 (South West Side) No 6 SY 3492 1/41 23.4.52. II GV 2. Late C16 to C17 timber-framed structure. Slate roof. Colorwashed front. North front of 3 storeys with overhang to 2nd floor. Two 2-light casements to 2nd floor, small 3-light splayed bay to 1st floor with C19 shop window beneath it on ground floor; on ground floor, to right hand of last item, half-glazed door with studs and at right hand end, single-light leaded window. South front of No 6 of 2 storeys, 2 window bays; sashes with glazing bars on 1st floor and to left hand on ground floor; splayed bay window to right hand on ground floor; centre doorway with moulded frame and glazed door.

Bell Cliff Retaining Wall and Railings and Nos 4 to 10 (consec) & 10A Broad Street form a group.
