Description
This 18th-century milestone is located in Marazanvose, Perranporth. It is a pyramidally-headed painted granite monolith with a square base. The front features an original inscription in relief within a recessed panel that reads "36 -- L." There is possibly a later incised inscription diagonally on the right-hand side of the panel that states "PENZANCE 26M."
