House. Mid C19, with few later alterations. Slatestone rubble. Left side asbestos slate-hung. Greenstone dressings. Asbestos slate roof with gable ends and rendered gable end stacks. Plan: 2-room plan with central entrance to stair hall, principal room to front left and right; integral rear service wing of one-room plan to left. Exterior: 2 storeys, symmetrical 3-window range; all windows C19 16-pane sashes with splayed greenstone heads. Central gabled porch, glazed, with half-glazed outer door, panelled and glazed inner door. Left side asbestos slate-hung. Right side in rubble. Rear has 2-storey service wing with gable end stack, inner side has 16-pane sash at ground floor. 2 storey rendered addition set in the angle to the main range, with plain door and 4-pane sash at ground floor, C20 window at first floor. Interior: Not inspected.
