Description
No. 3 St George's Road is a house in a row, built in the early 19th century. The front is finished in stucco, and it has an asbestos slate roof with projecting eaves at the front and brick stacks at each end. The house has a double-depth plan with one room at the front and stands two storeys high with a two-window range. It features a plinth, a quoin strip on the right, and widely spaced eaves brackets. The round-arched doorway on the left has a plain fanlight above a six-panel door. There are stucco hoodmoulds over 20th-century sash windows, which likely have slate sills. The interior has not been inspected.
