House in row. Early C19. Incised stucco on masonry; asbestos slate roof; brick end stacks and cast-iron ogee gutters. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; symmetrical 2-window range. Rusticated ground floor and flat stucco architrave to central round-arched doorway with moulded hood on consoles and spoked fanlight over 6-panel door. Flanked by 2-storey canted bay windows; original hornless sashes with glazing bars and moulded cornices. INTERIOR not inspected but likely to be of interest.
