Description

Trenick Row consists of a pair of small houses built in the early 19th century. The houses are stuccoed, with a textured finish applied in the 20th century, and have an asbestos slate roof, brick end stacks, and cast-iron ogee gutters. They are arranged with a double-depth plan over two storeys, and have a symmetrical three-window front. A pair of doorways is located under a central blind window, and there is an old latticed lean-to porch with a slate roof. Number 7 has a 20th-century door and windows, while Number 8 retains an original six-panel door and late 19th/early 20th-century horned four-pane sash windows. All windows are set under shallow segmental arches. The interior has not been inspected. The buildings are included on the list for their group value.
