Description

This is an early 19th-century house forming part of a row. The exterior is incised stucco on masonry, with a dry Delabole slate roof featuring pierced clay ridge tiles and cast-iron ogee gutters. The house has a double-depth plan and a symmetrical two-window facade arranged over two storeys. A round-arched doorway, with a plain fanlight and a 20th-century door, is set within a tented porch that has cresting and finials, with later latticed sides. Flanking the doorway are two-storey canted bays with moulded strings. These bays contain late 19th-century horned 4-pane sash windows and have polygonal slate roofs. The interior remains uninspected.
