Description

Trennick Row is a house in a row dating from the early 19th century. It features incised stucco on masonry, an asbestos slate roof, and a cast-iron ogee gutter. The building has a double-depth plan and stands two storeys high, with a nearly symmetrical two-window range. The round-arched doorway is slightly to the right of centre and has a spoked fanlight above a 20th-century door. The windows are late 19th or early 20th-century horned four-pane sashes, and there is an open porch. The interior has not been inspected but is likely to be of interest.
