House in row. Early C19. Stucco on rubble; fairly steep rag slate roof; rendered stack on left. Shallow-depth plan. 2 storeys; symmetrical 2-window front. Original 20-pane hornless sash to ground-floor left, horned copy on right; C20 three-light casements above. Wide central doorway with early C20 four-panel top-glazed door on its left, full-width overlight, and sidelight on the right. INTERIOR not inspected.
