Description

15 Duke Street is a house in a row, built in the early 19th century. It features a stucco exterior on a rubble base and has a fairly steep rag slate roof with a rendered stack on the left. The building has a shallow-depth plan and stands two storeys tall with a symmetrical two-window front. The original ground-floor window on the left is a 20-pane hornless sash, while the right side has a horned copy. Above, there are 20th-century three-light casements. The wide central doorway includes an early 20th-century four-panel top-glazed door on the left, a full-width overlight, and a sidelight on the right. The interior has not been inspected.
