Description
Northville is a house in a row, built in the early 19th century. It features coursed rubble stone on a plinth, with alternating flush quoins on the left side and a low parapet wall supported by shallow paired brackets below the coping. The roof is slate, and there is a rebuilt brick end stack on the right. The building is a single deep range with three storeys.
On the second floor, there are two windows with 6-pane sashes and flush stone lintels. The first floor has 12-pane sashes set beneath a lintel with three large voussoirs. The ground floor features a central very large 9-pane sash with additional margin glazing, a large flush lintel, and a keystone. To the left, there is a large stone doorcase with pilasters on bases, a frieze, and a moulded cornice topped with a shallow blocking course. The recessed door has two long recessed panels and a rectangular fanlight with margin glazing.
