Description

Fairholme is a house in a row, likely built in the 17th century, with its facade altered in the 19th century. It is constructed from limestone rubble and features a stone slate roof and a brick stack. The building is two stories high with a facade that has two windows. On the ground floor, there are paired 9-pane casements set within segmental-headed frames on the lower left. There was originally a double-width opening with a timber lintel and a segmental relieving arch on the right, but this has been partly blocked with a 20th-century plank door that has decorative strap hinges. The first floor has two 9-pane sash windows. The stack is located at the left gable end. The interior has not been inspected.
