NORTHLEACH WITH WEST END SP 1114 EASTINGTON (south side) 8/120 Lyon Cottage GV II

House in row. Probably C17, refaced early-mid C19. Coursed roughly dressed limestone, slate roof, ashlar stack. Symmetrical, 3-storey, 3-bay, 2-windowed facade. Late C19, twelve-pane sashes to ground floor. Early C19 sixteen-pane sashes to first floor. Nine-pane casements to second floor Central C19 four-panel door. Dressed stone surrounds to windows and doorway. Gable-end stack. Intfrior not inspected.
