Description

Mullion Cottage is a house in a row, dating from the late 17th century to early 18th century. It is constructed of coursed squared and dressed limestone, topped with a stone slate roof and featuring a limestone stack. The building has two storeys and a symmetrical facade with two windows, which are lit by 3-light double-chamfered stone-mullioned casements. The ground floor windows have stopped hoods above them. There is a 20th-century stable-type plank door located off-centre to the right, which has a raking stone slate roof supported by wooden brackets. The cottage has an axial stack. The interior has not been inspected.
