Description

Sunbeam is a house in a row, dating from the 17th century with 19th-century windows. It is constructed from coursed squared and dressed limestone, topped with a stone slate roof and features an ashlar stack. The building has a rectangular plan and stands two storeys high with an attic, which is illuminated by a single 2-light roof dormer. The facade has two storeys and two windows, with two 3-light wooden casements on the first floor flanking a former 2-light window that is now blocked. The ground floor features two 4-pane sashes with horns and a 19th-century five-panel door located off-centre to the right, which has a projecting flat hood. The interior has not been inspected.
