Description

King's Head Cottage is a 17th-century cottage located in a row, with 20th-century window replacements. It is constructed of coursed squared and dressed limestone with a stone slate roof and a 20th-century artificial stone stack. The cottage has a basically rectangular plan with a small extension to the rear. The upper floor has two three-light wooden casement windows. On the ground floor, there are three-light casements to the left of a "stable" type door. All windows have leaded panes. A garage-type door is located on the right side. Timber lintels are above the ground floor openings. The interior has not been inspected.
