Description

Prospect Cottage is a house in a row, likely built in the 18th century. It is constructed of limestone rubble and has a stone slate roof with a rectangular plan. The building has two storeys and an attic, which is illuminated by a 2-light gabled roof dormer featuring glazing bars. The facade has two windows and three bays, with twelve-pane sash windows on both the ground and first floors, each surrounded by dressed stone with keystones. The front door is a six-panel design, with the upper two panels being glazed. The interior has not been inspected.
