Description
Meadow View is a house in a row, dating from the late 17th to early 18th century. It is built of coursed squared and dressed limestone with a concrete tile roof. The building has a rectangular plan and is two storeys tall with an attic, featuring two rendered 20th-century dormers that contain 2-light wooden casements. The facade is symmetrical with two 2-light stone-mullioned casements on the first floor and a 3-light stone-mullioned casement on the ground floor to the left. There is also an imitation stone-mullioned window made of concrete in a segmental-headed surround on the lower right. The central entrance consists of a 20th-century part-glazed plank door set within a flat-chamfered surround, topped by a flat stone canopy with a moulded margin, supported by moulded stone corbels. A gable-end stack is present. The interior has not been inspected.
