Description
The Old Coach House is a house in a row, likely built in the late 18th to early 19th century. It is constructed from coursed squared and dressed limestone, featuring a stone slate roof at the front and a slate roof at the rear, with a brick chimney stack. The building has a rectangular main body with three ranges that run parallel to the street front, attached at the rear. It is two stories high with a three-bay facade. There is a double-width access to the rear on the left side. The front features a 19th-century five-panel door and a three-light casement window on the right, both set under almost flat segmental-headed openings. On the first floor, there are two two-light casements with horizontal glazing bars. Windows to the cellar are visible in the left-hand return, but the interior has not been inspected.
