Description

No. 13 Duke Street is a village house in a row, dating from the early 19th century. It features a rendered exterior on what is likely rubble, topped with a fairly steep rag slate roof. The house has a brick stack on the left and a rendered stack on the right. It has a shallow-depth plan and stands two storeys tall, with a nearly symmetrical front that includes two windows. The original windows are 20-pane hornless sashes, and there is a central four-panel door with an overlight above it, protected by a slate hood on brackets. The interior has not been inspected.
