Description
No. 150 Cheltenham Road is a house dating from the late 18th century, with alterations made in the mid-19th century. It is constructed of stucco with stone dressings and features a party wall stack, although the roof is not visible. The building has a double-depth plan and stands three storeys high with a basement, presenting a one-window range. The façade is parapeted and includes pilaster strips and a dentil cornice. A round-arched doorway, located on the right side, is sheltered by a tented canopy supported by wrought-iron stanchions and leads to a two-panel door. Above the plate-glass sashes with margin panes, there are flat arches with five stepped voussoirs. The interior has not been inspected.
