Description
This is a house located at 146 Cheltenham Road, dating from the late 18th century. It features Flemish bond brickwork with pale headers and limestone dressings, along with ridge stacks, although the roof is not visible. The house has a double-depth plan and stands three storeys tall with a two-window range. The front is widely spaced and shares pilaster strips with the adjacent houses, topped with a cornice and parapet. There is a round-arched doorway on the right, which includes a fanlight and an open pediment above a six-panel door. The windows have flat arches with five-stepped voussoirs, featuring 8/8-pane sashes and 4/8-pane sashes on the second floor. The interior has not been inspected.
