Description

Number 152 is a house located on Cheltenham Road in Bristol, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of stucco with stone dressings and features a party wall stack, although the roof is not visible. The house has a double-depth plan, is two storeys tall with a basement, and has a one-window range. The front is parapeted and includes a right-hand round-arched doorway that is topped by an open pediment supported by small brackets. The doorway has a fanlight with round and margin glazing bars, leading to a 20th-century six-panel door. The windows are late 20th-century 3/3-pane sashes. The property also has an attached wrought-iron handrail at the entrance steps. This listing is included for its group value with nearby structures.
