Attached house. Early C19. Stucco with limestone dressings, tall brick party wall stack and pantile hipped roof. Single-depth plan. Late Georgian style. 2 storeys, basement and attic; 1-window range. Moulded coping to the parapet, a left-hand doorcase with fluted consoles to a pediment, 4-light fanlight and 6-panel door, a canted ground-floor bay with 8/8-pane sash flanked by 6/6-pane sashes, cambered heads to first-floor 8/8-pane sashes, and casements to dormer and basement. INTERIOR not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached cast-iron front area railings to the entrance.
