Number 32 And Attached Front Area Railings

Number 32 is an attached house located on Kingsdown Parade in Bristol, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of stucco with limestone dressings, featuring end stacks and a pantile roof. The house has a double-depth plan and is designed in a late Georgian style, standing two storeys tall with a basement and a three-window range. The symmetrical front includes a moulded coping along the parapet, a central doorway with fluted consoles supporting a canopy, a rectangular plate-glass overlight, and a six-panel door. The ground floor has canted bays with 6/6-pane sash windows flanked by 4/4-pane sashes, while the first floor features 8/8-pane sashes on either side of a 6/6-pane sash. There are small stone windows in the basement. The property also has attached cast-iron front area railings with urn finials and steps leading up to the door. The interior has not been inspected.
