Attached house. Early C19. Stucco with limestone dressings, end stacks and a pantile roof. Double-depth plan. Late Georgian style. 2 storeys and basement; 3-window range. A symmetrical front has a moulded coping to the parapet, a central doorway with fluted consoles to a canopy, rectangular plate-glass overlight and 6-panel door; ground-floor canted bays have 6/6-pane sashes flanked by 4/4-pane sashes, and on the first floor 8/8-pane sashes either side of a 6/6-pane sash; small stone basement windows. INTERIOR not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached cast-iron front area railings with urn finials, and steps up to the door.
