Description
Number 38 is an attached house located on Kingsdown Parade in Bristol, dating from the mid to late 19th century. The building features a rendered exterior with limestone dressings and has a party wall stack, although the roof is not visible. It has a double-depth plan and stands two storeys tall with a two-window range. The front of the house is regular, showcasing a cornice and parapet. The right-hand side has a doorway, and there is a tripartite ground-floor window with 6/6-pane sash windows. The interior has not been inspected. Additionally, there are attached spear-headed wrought-iron area railings as subsidiary features.
