Description
No. 61A is an attached house located on Kingsdown Parade in Bristol, dating from the late 18th century. The building is rendered with limestone dressings, features end stacks, and has a pantile roof. It has a single-depth plan and is designed in the late Georgian style, comprising two storeys, a basement, and an attic, with a two-window range. The moulded parapet coping extends from the adjoining No. 61. There is a flight of steps leading up to a right-hand doorway, which has thin brackets supporting a canopy and a 20th-century door. The windows are 20th-century pivoting casements, and there is a wide dormer on the roof. The interior has not been inspected.
