Description
Number 30 is an attached house located on Kingsdown Parade in Bristol, built in the early 19th century. It features a stucco exterior with limestone dressings and has a double-depth plan in a late Georgian style. The house stands three storeys high and has a three-window range. The symmetrical front includes a moulded coping on the parapet and coped gables. A central doorway is flanked by fluted jambs and topped with a bracketed canopy, featuring a plate-glass overlight and a six-panel door. The windows are fitted with plate-glass sashes. The property also has attached cast-iron front area railings with urn finials and steps leading up to the door. The interior has not been inspected.
