Attached house. Early C19. Stucco with limestone dressings, roof not visible. Double-depth plan. Late Georgian style. 3 storeys; 3-window range. A symmetrical front has a moulded coping to the parapet and coped gables, a central doorway with fluted jambs to a bracketed canopy, plate-glass overlight and 6-panel door, and plate-glass sashes. INTERIOR not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached cast-iron front area railings with urn finials, and steps up to the door.
