GV II

Former watermill. Circa early-mid C19. Granite rubble with granite dressings. Asbestos slate roof with gable ends. Plan: Rectangular plan built into bank on the left, wheelpit at the rear. Flight of steps to first floor loading doorway at left-hand end and flight of steps to front ground floor doorway. Leat intact. Machinery removed. Exterior: 2 storeys over basement (originally 3 storeys over basement): Symmetrical 2 window south front with central doorway approached by flight of 7 granite steps. Old ledged doors, some old windows with glazing bars. Interio: not inspected.
