Description
The former mill, located immediately northwest of the Mill House, is a watermill that has been converted into a house. It dates from around the mid-19th century and is constructed of granite rubble with granite dressings. The roof is a grouted scantle slate hipped roof. The building has a rectangular plan and is built partly into the bank at the rear and on the left-hand side. An overshot iron wheel is situated on the right-hand side, and there is a loading doorway at the left-hand end. The exterior features two storeys and has a symmetrical east front with two windows and a central doorway. The doorway has a 20th-century door, and the windows are 20th-century 16-pane horned sashes. The interior has not been inspected.
