Description

Victory House is a house dating to the early to mid-19th century. It is constructed from granite rubble with granite dressings, featuring a dry Delabole hipped roof and brick chimneys over the side walls. Cast-iron gutters of an ogee section are present. The plan is of double depth, incorporating two rooms at the front, flanking a central entrance hall. This leads to a stair hall between two rear service rooms. The exterior is symmetrical with a three-window front and a central doorway, which has a C20 door and overlight. The windows are circa late 19th or 20th century 16-pane horned sashes. The interior remains uninspected.
