Description
The building is a piggery and adjoining stable located immediately east of Tolcarne Wartha Farmhouse, dating from around the mid-19th century. It features granite rubble walls with granite moorstone dressings. The piggery has a grouted scantle slate roof, while the stable has been replaced with a corrugated asbestos roof. The structure has gable ends and is single storey. The stable is approximately square in plan and has a window opening on the left and a doorway on the right. The piggery is set back to the right and is long and rectangular, with five doorways at the front, two of which are partly blocked. Some old ledged doors are present. The interior has not been inspected.
