Description

ST LEVAN TRETHEWEY SW 32 SE 7/259 Piggery at approximately 20 metres - west of Trewey Farmhouse GV II Piggery. Circa 1870's. Granite rubble with granite dressings. Grouted scantle slate hipped roof. Plan: Range of probably originally 6 pigsties plus feed store or swill kitchen on the right. Left-hand end later converted to an implement shed. Exterior: Single storey. C20 widened doorway on the left, otherwise unaltered elevations. 4 low piggery doorways and a taller doorway on the right. Old ledged doors. Interior not inspected.
