Piggery At Approximately 30 Metres South Of Trevider Farmhouse

The building is a piggery located approximately 30 metres south of Trevider Farmhouse, dating from the mid-19th century. It is constructed of granite rubble with granite dressings and features a grouted scantle slate roof that has a half-hipped end on the right and returns to a gable end on the front left side. The overall plan is L-shaped, with the original range consisting of former stables on the left and a cartshed, which was originally open at the front, on the right. There is a later lean-to added in front of the left-hand side. The exterior is single storey, with the south front displaying an original central stable doorway, a window to the left, and a 3-bay cartshed on the right. The roof's wallplate is supported by two granite monolithic piers, with spaces between the piers that have been partly infilled with brick. The interior has not been inspected.
