Description

ST BURYAN SW 42 NW 5/64 Piggery at approximately 30 metres - south of Trevider Farmhouse GV II Piggery, formerly stables and cartshed. Circa mid C19. Granite rubble with granite dressings. Grouted scantle slate roof with half-hipped end on the right and returning to a gable end at the front left-hand side. Plan: Overall L-shaped plan. Original range has former stables on the left and cartshed (originally open at the front) on the right. Later lean-to in front of the left-hand side. Exterior: Single storey. South front has original central stable doorway with window on its left and 3-bay cartshed on the right with the wallplate of the roof carried on 2 granite monolithic piers with spaces between the piers later partly infilled with brick. Interior not inspected.
