Description

ST BURYAN TRESIDDER SW 42 NW 7/159 - Piggery and cartshed at approximately 100 metres west of Tresidder Farmhouse GV II Piggery and cartshed. Circa early-mid C19. Granite rubble with granite dressings. Scantle slate roofs. Half-hipped roof to cartshed adjoining right of piggery, hipped end at left of piggery. Red clay ridge tiles, ventilator finials. Plan: Long rectangular plan piggery with 7 pigstys plus deeper-plan square outbuilding adjoining at the right-hand side. Exterior: Single storey. East front has piggery on the left, with its front following the slope of the land (down to the left), and cartshed on the right. Piggery has 7 doorways. Old ledged doors. Wide doorway with old sliding ledged door to left-hand side of cartshed. Interior not inspected.
