Description

ST LEVAN BOTTOMS SW 322 SE 7/186 Schoolhouse of St Levan County - Primary School GV II Schoolhouse. 1849. Granite rubble with rusticated granite dressings. Asbestos slate roofs with gable ends. Projecting eaves and verges. Plan: L-shaped plan. Probably former living room in projecting wing on the left with service room behind; parlour on the right and entrance lobby and stair between. Exterior: Regular 2 window south east front has projecting gable end on the left with central windows; central doorway (within C20 porch) set back in the angle; and window, with window over, on the right. 12-pane 2-light casements on the left, possibly original latticed casements on the right. Interior not inspected.
