Description

ST LEVAN TRETHEWEY SW 32 SE 7/258 Trewey Farmhouse - II Farmhouse. Circa early C19. Stuccoed front, otherwise granite rubble. Grouted scantle slate half-hipped roof with slightly projecting eaves at the front. Brick chimneys over the side walls. Plan: Double depth plan with 2 rooms at the front flanking an entrance hall leading to stair hall between rear service rooms. Small outhouse extension on the left with extension at right angles in front. Exterior: 2 storeys. Nearly symmetrical 3 window south front with doorway central to fenestration. C20 6-panel door. Original 16-pane hornless sashes. Some original sashes also at rear. Interior not inspected but said to contain most of its original features.
