Description

This is an early 19th-century milestone located at Polgigga in St Levan. It is made of painted dressed granite and has round-headed faces. The milestone is triangular in shape and features two incised inscriptions below hand pointers. The left-hand inscription reads "LANDS END 2¼ MILES" and the right-hand inscription reads "LOGAN ROCK 1¾ MILES."
