Description
The bridge over the River Cober, located at SW 678349, dates from the early 19th century. It is constructed from granite rubble and features roughly-hewn granite monoliths as lintels. This two-span bridge has a primitive lintelled design and is equipped with iron railings that are threaded through iron stanchions positioned between the terminal granite monoliths on either side. The lintels are secured together with iron cramps.
